| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃癌中 HER-2基因的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测75例胃癌组织中 HER-2蛋白的表达情况，分析其与胃癌临床各病理因素的关系，生存期分析采用 Life-tables 法。结果（1）胃癌中 HER-2的阳性率为14．67％，过表达率为9．33％。（2）胃癌 HER-2在不同 Lauren 分型、临床分期中的表达差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；在不同民族、年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小、组织学分级、肿瘤部位和淋巴结转移的表达差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。（3）获得随访的55例胃癌患者中，HER-2阳性患者与 HER-2阴性患者生存时间差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论胃癌 HER-2的表达与 Lauren 分型、临床分期关系密切，但可能不影响患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the HER2 gene status in patients with advanced gastric cancer （GC）,their association with patient characteristics and patient survival.Methods A total of 75 resectable GC tissues were evaluated by HER2 immunohistochemistry （IHC）and clinicopathological data from all patients were collected,of which 55 patients′s overall survival were analysed.Results HER2-positive tumors were 14.7%（11/75）by IHC.There were significant differences in HER2-positive rates according to histological type （intestinal,23.8%;no intestinal,3.0%;P〈0.05）and clinical stage （Ⅰ/Ⅱ,3.1%;Ⅲ/Ⅳ,23.3;P〈0.05）.The overall survival of HER2-negative and-positive patients was not significantly different.Conclusion HER-2 overexpression was significantly different in Lauren′s classification and clinical stage. However,the impact of HER2 expression on survival was limited. |
