射干麻黄汤加味对哮喘小鼠气道炎症及树突细胞的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨射干麻黄汤加味对慢性哮喘小鼠气道炎症及树突状细胞的影响。方法:健康清洁级雌性BALB/c小鼠50只,每组10只,随机分为A组:正常对照组;B组:哮喘模型组;C组:地塞米松组;D组:射干麻黄汤组;E组:射干麻黄汤加味组。建立慢性哮喘小鼠模型后,分别予以相应药物干预,取材后采用HE染色、免疫组化检测小鼠气道炎症情况及树突状细胞数量。结果:与正常对照组相比哮喘小鼠的BALF中白细胞总数、EOS、淋巴细胞、肺组织DC数量均明显增加(P〈0.05);经给予地塞米松、中药处理后上述指标均明显减少,哮喘发作程度减轻(P〈0.05),射干麻黄汤加味优于射干麻黄汤。结论:射干麻黄汤加味可抑制BALB/c哮喘小鼠哮喘的发生,其机制有可能是通过降低气道炎症及DC的数量而实现的。

Effect of Modified Shen-Gan-Ma-Huang Decoction on Chronic Airway Inflammation in Asthmatic Mice and Dendritic Cells

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of modified She - gan - ma - huang decoction on chronic airway inflammation in asthmatic mice and dendritic cells. Methods: Healthy clean grade female 50 BALB/c mice, 10 mice in each group, were randomly divided into group A: normal control group; group B: asthma model group; group C: dexamethasone group; group D: Shegan- mahuang Decoction group; group E: modified Sheganmahuang Decoction group. To establish the model of chronic asthma mice, were given corresponding drug intervention, detection of airway inflammation in mice and the number of dendritic cells by HE staining, im- munohistochemistry after harvest. Results: Compared with BALF in asthmatic mouse white blood cell counts, lymphocyte, EOS, DC in lung tissue were significantly increased with the normal control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the administration of dexamethasone, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of above indexes were significantly reduced, to reduce the degree of asthma ( P 〈 0. 05 ), modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction is better than that of Shegan Mahuang decoction. Conclusion: Modified Sheganmahuang decoction can inhibit the BALB/c of asthmatic mice with asthma, its mechanism may be achieved by decreasing the number of airway inflammation and DC.
