哈萨克族和汉族子痫前期患者血脂及血尿酸关系研究

目的：探讨哈萨克族和汉族子痫前期孕妇血脂和血尿酸的代谢差异及其相关性。方法选择2010年1月-2013年1月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院住院分娩的孕妇284例，汉族孕妇156例，其中正常妊娠孕妇74例，子痫前期患者82例；哈萨克族孕妇128例，其中正常妊娠孕妇71例，子痫前期患者57例。用全自动生化分析仪测定外周静脉血清总胆固醇（CHOL）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、载脂蛋白 A1（ApoA1）、载脂蛋白 B（ApoB）、血尿酸（UA）浓度并进行比较分析。结果汉族与哈萨克族子痫前期患者血 UA、CHOL、TG、LDL-C 及 ApoB 均较正常妊娠孕妇偏高（P ＜0．05），而血 HDL-C、ApoA1较正常妊娠孕妇偏低（P ＜0．05）；哈萨克族正常妊娠孕妇及子痫前期患者血 UA、CHOL、TG、LDL-C 及 ApoB 水平均高于汉族孕妇（P ＜0．05），而 HDL-C、ApoA1水平低于汉族孕妇（P ＜0．05）。并且血 UA 与 TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB 水平呈正相关，与血 HDL-C、ApoA1水平呈负相关（P ＜0．05）。结论子痫前期与血脂及血尿酸水平有一定的相关性，哈萨克族正常妊娠孕妇及子痫前期孕妇血脂及血尿酸水平较汉族高，因此孕期加强开展健康教育，加强哈萨克族孕期监测，定期检测血脂及血尿酸水平可尽早防治妊娠期高血压疾病的不良预后。

Research on the co-relationships of serum lipids and uric acid in Kazak and Han women with preeclampsia

Objective To explore the co-relationships between serum lipids and uric acid in Kazak and Han women with preeclampsia （PE）.Methods A prospective study was conducted about the level of serum to-tal cholesterol （CHOL）,Triglyceride （TG）,high density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein-cholesterol （LDL-C）,Apolipoprotein A1 （ApoA1）,Apolipoprotein B （ApoB）and uric acid （UA）in Kazak and Han women with preeclampsia.These 284 individuals were selected from the first Af-filiated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2010 to January 2013.Results The level of serum UA,CHOL,TG,LDL-C and ApoB in the patients with PE was higher than that of the normal pregnant women （P ＆lt;0.05）.The level of serum HDL-C and ApoA1 in the patients with PE was lower than that of the normal pregnant women （P ＆lt;0.05）.The level of serum UA,CHOL,TG,LDL-C and ApoB in Kazak patients was higher than that of the Han patients （P ＆lt;0.05）.The level of serum HDL-C and ApoA1 in Kazak patients was lower than that of Han patients （P ＆lt;0.05）.The level of UA was corre-lated with the level of CHOL,TC,LDL-C,ApoB positively and the level of HDL-C,ApoA1 negatively＆amp;nbsp;（P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The level of Uric acid was correlated with the level of serum lipids.The level of Uric acid and lipids in Kazak patients was higher than that of Han patients.The level of Uric acid and lip-ids in Kazak patients with PE was higher than that of Han′s with PE.
