清热祛浊胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝观察

目的：观察清热祛浊胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：治疗组在常规治疗基础上加清热祛浊胶囊,对照组在常规治疗基础上加二甲双胍肠溶片口服,比较治疗前后中医临床证候、体质指数、肝酶、血糖、血脂、稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数及肝脏CT的变化。结果：治疗组与对照组临床总疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为83.0%,2组总疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论：清热祛浊胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝具有较好疗效。

Clinical Observation on Curative Effects of Qing-Re-Qu-Zhuo Capsule in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective： To observe the clinical treatment effect of Qing-re-qu-zhuo capsule on type 2 diabetes mellitus and non- alcoholic fatty liver disease; compare TCM syndrome changes of patients, body mass index, blood glucose, blood lipids, liver enzymes, homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance and liver CT after treatment. Methods： Qing-re-qu-zhuo capsule will be used with regular treatment in treatment group and Mefformin Enteric-coated tablets will be added on the base of regular treatment in comparison group. Results： By comparison, the general et-iciency of treatment group is 95.0% while 83.0% of comparison group, which indicates obvious difference between these two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and shows that the treatment group is much better than the other one. Conclusion： Qing-re-qu-zhuo capsule has good effect on the treatment of diabetes 2 and non-alcohol fatty liver.
