摘    要:目的:初步验证青黛改变入药形式制成青黛分散片后其药效和安全性与原饮片的一致性。方法:通过急性毒性实验考察青黛分散片的安全性;采用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,对青黛及其分散片的抗炎作用进行对比研究。结果:青黛及其分散片未见毒性反应;青黛及其分散片的高中低组对小鼠的耳廓肿胀均有一定的抑制作用,其中青黛分散片高剂量组的效果最为显著。结论:青黛改变入药形式制成青黛分散片后安全性未受影响,同时具有良好的抗炎作用且药效强于原粉末饮片。

After Changing the Form of Medicine to Study the Acute Toxicity and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Indigo Naturalis

Abstract:Objective: Indigo naturalis is made into indigo naturalis dispersible tablets, then preliminary validation the efficacy and safety of the original slices consistency after being changed the form of medicine. Methods : A comparative research of anti-inflam- matory of indigo naturalis and dispersible tablets was studied through xylene-induced mouse ear edema model and the acute toxicity ex- periment to examine the safety of indigo naturalis dispersible tablets. Results: Indigo naturalis and dispersible tablet were not observed the toxic reaction. The high, middle and low dose groups played an inhibitory effect on the model of mouse ear edema, what' s more, the high dose group of indigo naturalis dispersible tablets had a most significant effect. Conclusion : Indigo naturalis is made into indigo naturalis dispersible tablets, the security is not affected by changing the form of medicine, at the same time has a good anti-inflamma- tory effect than the original powder slices.
