凉血化瘀汤治疗血瘀火热型免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效评价

目的：探讨凉血化瘀汤治疗血瘀火热型免疫性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocy-topenic pur-pura，ITP）的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法将69例血瘀火热型 ITP患者随机分为两组：治疗组39例用凉血化瘀中药汤剂治疗，对照组30例用强的松治疗，采用多元统计方法对数据进行统计学分析，并对分析结果进行检验。观察临床疗效和治疗前后血小板计数（blood platelet count，BPC）。结果治疗3个月后，治疗组总有效率为87．20％，对照组为66．7％，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。在出血程度方面，治疗组患者治疗后出血程度改善明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。在血小板计数方面，治疗组患者治疗后血小板计数高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），且不良反应少。结论凉血化瘀汤对治疗血瘀火热型ITP疗效良好，在防治出血、提升血小板、改善出血程度方面具有固本治标的作用。

Clinical evaluation of the treatment of the stasis fiery ITP in using Cooling Blood Soup

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and explore the mechanism of Cooling Blood Soup that used in the stasis fiery ITP.Methods 6 9 stasis fiery ITP cases randomly divided into two groups. Made 39 cases as the treatment group using the Cooling Blood Soup,the rest of 30 cases as control group j ust using prednisone,multivariate statistical methods were applied for the results analysis.Compared with the PLT number of treatment before and after.the clinical efficacy observation followed up.Results After 3 months treatment,the effective rate of treatment group is 87.20%,the effective rate of control group is 66.77%,compared with the efficiency of the control group.There were statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）.Compared the degree of bleeding in the treatment groups,there were statistical significance （P 〈0.01）.In terms of platelet count after using the Cooling Blood Soup,the PLT number in treatment groups had increased more than the control groups and showed statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The Cooling Blood Soup has no side effects in the study.Conclusion The Cooling Blood Soup could prevent bleeding,enhance PLT counts number and it has good efficacy in curing for the stasis fiery ITP.
