摘    要:目的 建立牛至中迷迭香酸含量的HPLC测定方法 。方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定牛至中迷迭香酸的含量。色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1.5%乙酸水(38:62),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为330nm,柱温25℃。结果 迷迭香酸峰面积与进样量在0.3321~1.6605μg范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.96%,RSD为1.09%(n=6)。10个产地的牛至中迷迭香酸含量为8.13-15.74mg/g。结论 HPLC法操作简单、准确可靠,可用于牛至中迷迭香酸含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Rosmarinic acid in Origanum vulgareL. Methods The content of Rosmarinic acid was detected by HPLC. The separation was carried out on a Kromasil C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was Methanol -1.5% Acetic acid solution (38 : 62); the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; the detective wavelength was set at 330 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.332 1-1.660 5 μg (r =0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.96% with RSD 1.09% (n =6). The content of Rosmarinic acid in Origanurn vulgare L. from 10 different regions were between to 8.13-15.74 mg/g. Conclusion This method was rapid, accurate, reliable; it could be used as a determination of Rosmarinic acid in Origanurn vulgare L.
