协同护理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响

目的：探讨协同护理模式对慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者160例，采用随机数字表法分为试验组（80例）和对照组（80例）。试验组实施协同护理模式，对照组实施常规护理。干预后3个月，采用自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）和生活质量量表（SF-36）比较两组干预效果。结果干预后试验组自我护理能力、自我概念、自我责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。干预后试验组总体健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论应用协同护理模式能够显著提高慢性心力衰竭患者的自我护理能力和生活质量。

Effect of collaborative care model on self-care ability and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To evaluate the effect of the collaborative care model on self-care ability and life quali-ty of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 160 cases of chronic heart failure patients were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given collaborative care model and the control group was given routine care for three months respectively.The patients were investigated and measured by the Exercise of Self-Care A-gency Scale （ESCA）and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire （SF-36）before and after the care. Results After the collaborative care,the score of the self-care ability,the concept of self-image,self care responsibility,self care skills and health knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）.Also the score in the overall health,physiological functions, body pain,emotional function,energy,social ability and mental health was significantly higher than that＆amp;nbsp;of the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Collaborative care model can significantly improve the self-care ability and life quality in the patients with chronic heart failure.
