阳和平喘颗粒干预支气管哮喘慢性持续期肺功能气道炎症的临床研究

目的：探讨阳和平喘颗粒干预气管哮喘慢性持续期肺功能气道炎症的临床研究。方法：60例患者随机分为联合组、中药组及西药组各20例。联合组给予阳和平喘颗粒加用舒利迭,中药组给予阳和平喘颗粒,西药组给予舒利迭治疗,3组疗程均为4 w。比较3组临床疗效及肺功能的变化。结果：3组肺功能指标各组较治疗前比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;2 w后治疗前后比较,联合组FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、PEF指标较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0.05）,中药组、西药组FEV1/FVC、PEF指标较治疗前有改善（P〈0.05）。4 w后治疗前后比较,FEV1%、FEV1/FVC,MEF50%、MEF75%、PEF指标各组较治疗前比较均有显著性改善（P〈0.01）。结论：阳和平喘颗粒能够有效缓解慢性持续期哮喘患者的临床症状,能显著改善患者肺功能指标,减轻气道炎症,与舒利迭效果相近。

Compared before and after treatment, after 4 weeks, FEVI%, FEV1/FVC, MEF50%, MEF75%, PEF index each was to compare the improved significantly （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion： Yang-he-ping-chuan granules can effectively improve lung function in patients with chronic bronchial asthma duration index, reduce airway inflammation, close to Seretide stack effect.
