| 摘 要： | 目的：建立阿苯达唑前体胶束的包封率的测定方法。方法采用葡聚糖凝胶过滤法分离阿苯达唑胶束与游离药物，HPLC 法测定阿苯达唑前体胶束的包封率。结果 HPLC 法测定阿苯达唑前体胶束的包封率为76．38％～81．0％，RSD＝6．81％，回收率为（92．23＆#177;3．57）％。结论该方法测定阿苯达唑前体胶束包封率灵敏准确，重复性好，可以用于阿苯达唑前体胶束的包封率的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for the determination of the drug entrapment efficiency of pre-micelle albendazole.Methods Use sephadex column to separate micelle encapsulated albendazole and free albendazole,and determination of the drug entrapment efficiency of premicelle albendazole by HPLC.Re-sults The drug entrapment efficiency of premicelle albendazole was 67-81% by HPLC and the average recovery was （92.23＆#177;3.57）%.Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the determination of the drug entrapment efficiency of premicelle albendazole . |
