2123例口腔颌面部肿瘤统计分析

目的：了解口腔颌面部肿瘤的发病情况及各类肿瘤病理构成特点。方法回顾性分析1995-2013年在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院口腔科住院首诊且经病理确诊的口腔颌面部肿瘤的临床资料，统计汉族和维吾尔族各类肿瘤发病年龄、性别、部位的构成特点。结果2123例口腔颌面部肿瘤中，良性肿瘤占731．5％（1553/2123），恶性肿瘤占268．5％（570/2123）。其中汉族男性625例，汉族女性651例，男女之比约为1∶10．4；维吾尔族男性414例，女性433例，男女之比约为1∶10．5。汉族和维吾尔族良性肿瘤患者就诊年龄均以30∽39岁最多，分别占145．0％和116．8％。在570例恶性肿瘤中，鳞状细胞癌最多见，为248例，且男性多于女性，汉族与维吾尔族60岁以上的人群分别占544．6％和496．6％，以舌部最高发。在368例涎腺肿瘤中良性肿瘤以多形性腺瘤最多见，维吾尔族占50.00％，汉族占463．4％；恶性肿瘤以腺样囊性癌居多，维吾尔族占147．5％，汉族占130．0％。在184例其他组织来源的良性肿瘤中汉族与维吾尔族均以神经鞘瘤多发。恶性肿瘤汉族以非霍奇金淋巴瘤居多，占273．8％，维吾尔族以基底细胞癌居多，占178．3％。结论新疆地区，重视口腔颌面部肿瘤是≥60岁老年人恶性肿瘤防治的重要任务；需要加强汉族和维吾尔族鳞状细胞癌和小涎腺恶性肿瘤的防治。

The prevalence of 2 123 cases in Oral and Maxillofacial neoplasmas

Objective To investigate the prevalence and distributing feature of oral and maxillofacial neo-plasms in Han and Uygur population in adults from Xinjiang .Methods A total of 2 123 cases of benign and malignant oral maxillofacial tumors treated in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department of the Peo-ple′s hospital of xinjiang uygur autonomous region from 1955 to 2013 were collected and analyzed .Results Of the 2 123 patients ,the ratio of benign tumors was 73 1.5% ,the ratio of malignant tumors was 26 8.5%respectively ,The ratio of male to female was 1∶1 0.4 .Most of Han benign tumor cases occurred in patients between 30 to 39 years old .The squamous cell carcinoma composed the main part of malignant tumors . Conclusion Oral and maxillofacial tumors is an necessary task of malignant tumor for 60 years old in Xin-jiang .It is important to strengthen the prevention of squamous cell carcinoma and minor salivary gland for Han and Uygur .
