| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医手法复位小夹板外固定治疗中老年Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性研究天津市天津医院急诊44例Colles骨折中老年患者，通过中医手法复位，合理加垫，小夹板外固定，观察临床愈合时间及术后综合疗效。结果：本组44例患者，疗效优秀11例，良好29例，一般4例，差0例，优良率90．9％。结论：中医手法复位，合理加垫，小夹板外固定治疗中老年Colles骨折疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction of small splint exter- nal fixation in the treatment of middle-aged and old Colles fracture. Methods： A retrospective study of Tianjin hospital emergency 44 cases of Colles fracture in elderly patients, through the manual reset, reasonable padded, small splint external fixation, observe clin- ical healing time and postoperative comprehensive curative effect. Results ： This group of 44 cases of Colles fracture patients, including best： 11 cases, better： 29 eases, good： 4 cases, bad： 0 cases, efficient rate is 90.9%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine manual reduction, reasonable padded, small splint external fixation to treat middle-aged and old Colles fracture curative effect is obvious. |
