摘    要:目的:研究微波辅助提取山香圆叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法:以总黄酮得率为指标,采用单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方法,优化微波辅助提取山香圆叶中总黄酮的提取工艺条件。结果:微波辅助法提取山香圆总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度70%,微波辐射时间为6min,微波功率为600W,料液比为1:40(g/mL)。在此条件下测得的提取率为1.606%。结论:微波辅助提取法可用于山香圆总黄酮的提取,其中乙醇浓度对总黄酮的提取有显著影响。

Optimization of Microwave-Ultrasound Assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from Leaves of Turpiniae Folium by Orthogonal Design

Abstract:Objective: To study extraction technology of flavonoids from the leaves of Turpinia arguta Seem. by microwave method. Methods : Taking extraction rate of flavonoids as index, singer-factor and orthogonal test were applied to optimize the extrac- tion technology of flavonoids from the leaves of Turpinia arguta Seem. by microwave method. Results : The optimum extraction technolo- gy of flavonoids was as follows : ethanol concenteation of 70 %, microwave treatment time of 6 min, microwave power of 600 w and solid-liquid of 1: 40. Under this condition, the extraction rate of flavonoids was 1. 606 %. Conclusion: The microwave method that was used to extract the flavonoids from Turpinia arguta Seem. Leaves is very effective, ethanol concenteation is the main influencing factor that affects extraction rate of flavonoids.
