唇香草多糖超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究唇香草多糖最佳超声提取工艺。方法以唇香草多糖含量为考察指标,利用正交实验法确定唇香草多糖的最佳超声提取条件。结果超声提取的最佳工艺为:提取温度60℃,20倍量的水,超声提取30 min,唇香草多糖得率为7.50%。结论超声法提取唇香草多糖方法可行。

Abstract:Objective To determine the optimum ultrasonic extraction technology of polysaccharide in Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.Methods Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam′s polysaccharide content are as examining index and then to determine the optimal ultrasonic polysaccharide extraction conditions by or-thogonal experimental method.Results The best process for ultrasonic extraction: Extracting temperature is 60℃,with 20 times water,and ultrasonic extraction of 30 min.And the yield would be 7.50%.Conclusion The technology is efficient,fast and feasible.
