| 摘 要： | 目的：观察Toric人工晶状体植入用于治疗合并角膜散光的白内障患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2012年5月-2013年5月在库尔勒巴州人民医院接受超声乳化白内障吸出及人工晶状体植入术治疗的40例（46眼）合并角膜散光的白内障患者为研究对象，其中，植入 Toric 人工晶体患者为观察组（20例25眼），接受Acrysof IQ人工晶体植入患者为对照组（20例21眼）。对两组患者临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者手术1 w后、1个月后、6个月后裸眼视力明显高于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论对于合并角膜散光的白内障患者，行白内障超声乳化吸出联合 Toric人工晶状体植入，能够安全、有效地改善患者的散光，提高术后视觉质量，预测性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Toric intraocular lens （IOL）implantation for corneal rule astigmatism.Subjects 40 cataract patients （46 eyes）with corneal astigmatism having cataract surgery in Korla Bazhou People′s Hospital from May 2012 to May 2013.Methods 20 patients （25 eyes）with Toric IOL were the observed,and 20 patients （21 eyes）with Acrysof IQ IOL were the controlled.Then analyze the clinical effect of the two groups.Results The uncorrected visual acuity （UCVA）of the observed group was better than that of the controlled group obviously in 1 week,1 month,6 month postoperatively. Conclusion Phacoemulsification associated with Toric IOL implantation is a safe and effective option to correct corneal astigmatism and improve visual quality in cataract patients.This method has good predictability. |
