高危型HPV负荷量与维吾尔族宫颈鳞癌及癌前病变的相关性研究

目的：探讨高危型 HPV负荷量与新疆维吾尔族宫颈鳞状细胞癌及癌前病变的相关性。方法采用HC-2的方法，对2011年1月-2013年12月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院就诊的759例维吾尔族患者进行高危型 HPV负荷量的测定，其中宫颈鳞癌组283例，高级别鳞状上皮内病变（HSIL）组266例，低级别鳞状上皮内病变（LSIL）组210例。对高危型 HPV的负荷量与宫颈病变程度进行相关分析，并以同期在我院体检中心体检的维吾尔族女性549例作为对照组。结果对照组、LSIL组、HSIL组及宫颈鳞癌组维吾尔族女性人群间高危型 HPV阳性率比较差异有统计学意义（P ＝0．000），高危型 HPV-DNA负荷量随疾病程度的加重而增加，呈正相关（P ＝0．000，r＝0．436）。结论在新疆维吾尔族宫颈鳞癌患者及其癌前病变患者中，高危型 HPV负荷量与宫颈病变的程度呈正相关。

Study on association between high-risk HPV DNA load and the grade of cervical lesions of Uyghur Ethnic group

Objective To investigate the correlation between high-risk human papilloma virus （HR-HPV） load and the grade of cervical lesions of Uyghur Ethnic group.Methods Using HC2 testing determined HR-HPV load for 759 cases of Uyghur patients which covered 210 cases of low-grade squamous intraepi-thelial lesion （LSIL）,266 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion （HSIL）,283 cases of squa-mous cervical cancer in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2011 to De-cember 2013,549 cases Uyghur women were recruited as control group from our hospital medical center during the same period.Correlative analysis was made between HR-HPV load and the grade of cervical le-sions.Results HR-HPV load was significantly different （P =0.000）among the patient with squamous cervical cancer,HSIL,LSIL and control group.The result showed positive correlation between HR-HPV load and the grade of cervical lesions （P=0.000,r=0.436）.Conclusions The HR-HPV load was positive-ly correlated with the occurrence of squamous cervical cancer and SIL of Uyghur Ethnic group in Xinjing.
