松补力口服液总多酚及总多糖的测定

摘    要:目的:建立松补力口服液总多酚和总多糖测定方法,比较10批松补力口服液中总多酚和总多糖的含量。方法采用可见分光光度法测定松补力口服液中总多酚和总多糖的含量,总多酚检测波长为760 nm,总多糖检测波长为610 nm。结果以没食子酸为松补力口服液中总多酚的对照品,在浓度0.913~9.130μg/mL (r=0.9991)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.64%。以葡萄糖分别作为总多糖的对照品,在浓度0.015~0.105 mg/mL (r=0.9994)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.62%,RSD为1.0%。10批松补力口服液总多酚的含量为0.617 mg/mL,总多糖的平均含量为1.216 mg/mL。结论该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为松补力口服液总多酚和总多糖的检测方法。本研究结果为松补力口服液质量评价提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To establish a Song bu li oral liquid total polyphenols and polysaccharides determina-tion,content is relatively Song bu li oral liquidten batches of total polyphenols and total polysaccharides. Methods Content visible spectrophotometry Song bu li oral liquid total polyphenols and total polysaccha-rides,total polyphenols detection wavelength of 760 nm,total polysaccharide detection wavelength was 610 nm.Results Gallic acid Song bu li oral liquid total polyphenol reference,the concentration of 0.913~9.130μg/mL (r=0.999)showed good linearity within the range,the average recovery was 98.2%,RSD was1.64%.Glucose,respectively,as the reference to the total polysaccharide concentration 0.015~0.105 mg/mL (r=0.999)in the range showed a good linear relationship between the average recovery was96. 62%,RSD was1.0%.Ten batches content of total polyphenols Song bu li oral liquid is:the average content of 0.617 mg/mL total polysaccharides as:1.216 mg/mL.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,repro-ducible,and can be used as Song bu li oral liquid overall total polyphenols and polysaccharides detection methods.This study evaluated the quality of Song bu li Oral Liquid provide references.
