新疆喀什地区临床护士考虑离职因素分析

摘    要:目的:探讨新疆喀什地区临床护士考虑离职的相关因素,为护理管理者进行干预提供参考依据。方法按照医院等级及科室比例,采用整群分层随机抽样方法,分别对喀什地区8家医院的319名临床护士进行问卷调查,分析护士考虑离职的原因。结果(1)245名(76.80%)临床护士月收入为1000~3000元,157名(49.22%)临床护士对目前工作不满意;(2)考虑离职的因素排在前3位的为夫妻分居、照顾孩子家庭少、社会地位低,分别占15.37%、15.17%、14.65%;(3)不同医院等级、科室为护士考虑离职的相关因素。讨论应该提高护士待遇,减轻工作压力,以提高临床护士的工作满意度,降低护士离职率。

The investigation and analysis of causes for clinical nurses' intention of leaving job in Kashgar

Abstract:Objective To investigate the causes for the clinical nurses′intention of leaving job in Kashgar region and provides reference for nursing managers.Methods According to the level of hospital and de-partment distribution and by using stratified random cluster sampling method,3 1 9 nurses from 8 hospitals were enrolled to have a questionnaire.Results (1)245(76.80%)clinical nurses′income is between 1000-3000 yuan;157(49.50%)clinical nurses are not satisfied with their job;(2)Through the investigation we can find that the main causes for nurses′leaving j ob include couple separation,no time for family care and low social status.(3 )Other related factors include the grade of hospital and the department where they work.Conclusion Nursing managers should improve the nurses′financial status and social welfare and re-duce the pressure of work,in order to improve the clinical nurses′j ob satisfaction,thereby reducing the nurse j ob-quitting rate.
