品管圈活动在脊柱手术患者功能锻炼中的应用效果评价

目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高脊柱手术患者功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法以2013年3-8月新疆医科大学第一附属医院脊柱外科收治的165例患者作为研究对象，按照品管圈活动开展前后分为品管圈组和对照组。品管圈组患者按照功能锻炼的路径，使用健康教育工具对患者进行宣教。对照组接受传统、常规的功能锻炼健康宣教。结果品管圈组护士利用图册、展板及多媒体健康教育工具对患者进行健康教育的百分率（69．88％）明显高于对照组（20．73％），示范讲解的百分率（27．71％）明显低于对照组（51．21％），需借助翻译进行健康教育的百分率（2．41％）低于对照组（13．42％）；品管圈组患者对功能锻炼健康教育知识的知晓率为93％，对照组为60％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。对护士的满意度分别为98％和39％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论开展品管圈活动提高了护士的工作积极性，使护理质量得到持续改进；提高了患者功能锻炼健康教育知识的知晓率及对护士的满意度。

The application and evaluation of quality control circle in functional exercise in spinal surgery patients

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle on functional exercise in spinal surgery patients.Methods 165 patients as the research subjects were admitted in spine department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The patients were divided into quality control circle group and the control group.Quality control circle group received health education by using educational tools.The control group received the conventional health education.Results The percentage of using atlas,panel and multimedia to educate patients in QCC group （69.88%）was higher than that in the control group （20.73%）.The percentage of using demonstration and translation to explain the major points to educate patients in QCC group （27.71%,2.41%）was significantly decreased compared with that in the control group（51.21%,13.42%）.The QCC increased the patients′awareness and understanding of the importance of functional exercise and improved their satisfaction with nurses′work （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The quality control circle activity sparked the nurses working enthusiasm and enhanced team cooperation. It increased the patients′ awareness and understanding of functional exercise and improved the patients′satisfaction with nurses.
