穿房间隔途径导管消融治疗心律失常的临床疗效分析

目的：探讨穿房间隔途径导管消融治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法选择1999年2月-2014年5月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院进行穿房间隔途径导管消融治疗的59例心律失常患者，其中48例为左侧旁路，11例为左房房速。分析穿房间隔导管消融治疗心律失常患者的临床疗效。结果穿房间隔导管消融在59例中完成了56例（94．9％）。射频消融左侧旁路成功率为91．7％，射频消融左房房速成功率为81．8％。59例平均射线曝光总时间为（38±22）min，平均操作时间（从患者到导管室至返回病房）为（125±42）min，消融左侧旁路平均操作时间为（131±33）min，消融左房房速的平均操作时间为（52±26）min。术后仅有1例患者出现轻微胸痛，其余患者均未发生危及生命的并发症。结论经穿房间隔途径消融治疗心律失常的技术具有手术时间短、操作成功率高、并发症少等优点，是治疗心律失常的理想术式。

Analysis the interatrial septum approach the clinical efficacy of catheter ablation treatment of arrhythmia

Objective To explore wear interatrial septum the clinical efficacy of catheter ablation of cardiac arrhythmias method.Methods 5 9 patients with arrhythmia were selected in our hospital by interatrial sep-tum puncture catheter ablation from February 1999 to May 2014,48 cases were by the left side of the by-pass,11 cases of left atrial room rate.Results 56 cases （94.9%）were completed Catheter ablation wear interval in 59 patients;the Radio frequency ablation on the left side of the bypass success rate was 97.9%, the room of left atrial instant power of 90.9%.Ray exposure on average a total of （38±22）min,left for bypass patients （31±17）min average total operating time （from the patients to the international to back ward）is （125 ±42）min,the left side of the bypass （131±33）is the average operation time min left the room （52±26）min.Only 1 case of postoperative patients have mild chest pain,the others are not life-threatening complications.Conclusion Interatrial septum pathway ablation of cardiac arrhythmias technol-ogy has shorter operation time,operation high success rate,less complications.It is the ideal operation for the treatment of arrhythmia.
