参灵胶囊对动物慢性盆腔炎的治疗作用

建立动物慢性盆腔炎模型，研究参灵胶囊对动物慢性盆腔炎的治疗作用。观察参灵胶囊对子宫和输卵管炎症病变、血液流变学的影响；采用小鼠耳肿胀和腹腔致炎法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法，观察参灵胶囊的抗炎抑菌作用；选用小鼠血清溶血素法、醋酸扭体法和热板法，观察参灵胶囊对体液免疫的影响及镇痛作用。结果显示，参灵胶囊能明显抑制子宫和输卵管的炎症反应和病变；降低血液黏度和红细胞压积；抑制小鼠耳肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿的增生；提高腹腔致炎小鼠的存活率；提高血清中溶血素含量，增强体液免疫功能；减少小鼠扭体次数，增加小鼠痛阈值。参灵胶囊对模型动物具有改善组织病变、改善血液循环、抗炎、镇痛和提高机体免疫力的作用。

Experimental therapeutic effect of Shenling capsules on chronic pelvic infla-mmatory disease of animals

To study the experimental therapeutic effect of Shenling capsules on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,chronic pelvic infection animal models were used to observe the influence of Shenling capsules on the inflammatory and hemorheological change of uterus and oviduct.The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect of Shenling capsules was observed in mice model with auricular swelling,model of rat cotton pellet granuloma,and inflammatory model by peritoneal injection.Formation test of serum haemolysin in mice,mice acetic acid writhing and hot plate test were used to observe the effect of Shenling capsules on humoral immunity and their analgesic effect.Shenling capsules obviously inhibited the inflammatory reactions and lesions of model uterus and oviduct,decreased blood viscosity and hematocrit,suppressed mice auricular swelling and cotton pellet granuloma hyperplasia,enhanced livability of infected mice by Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,enhanced serum haemolysin formation and the function of humoral immunity in mice,reduced the number of writhing and increased pain threshold in mice.It was concluded that Shenling capsules have the action of ameliorating organic lesions and blood circulation,enhancing immune function,and anti-inflammatory,analgesic effect.
