开平市基本消灭疟疾后期流行病学监测

目的：为探索一种简便监测方法进行的基本消灭疟疾后期流行病学监测，开展本项目研究。方法：我市于1997年达到基本消灭疟疾标准后，采用对输入病例疫点不处理，只对患开展现症根治，原发病例（本地感染病例），除现症根治外，疫点小范围浸帐与滞留喷酒，预防服药措施、观察监测效果。结果：1998、1999、2000年全市疟疾年发病率分别为0.30、0.58、0.15、10万；疫点未出现第二代病例，防治效果显。结论：开平市的基本消灭疟疾后期采用的流行病学监测措施，有效地控制疟疾的流行，较之于基本消灭疟疾前所采取的监测方法，投入少、防治效果可行，值得推广。

Studies of the Surveillance measures in the late stage of the malaria controlling programme in Kaiping

Objective To explore a simple monitoring method for the surveillance measure of malaria in the area where malaria was basically eliminated. Methods Malaria was basically eleminated from our city in 1997.We did not treat the endemic area which the case of malaria was imported, but to cure the in coming patients.The region of indigenous cases were treated with full measure to eliminate mosquitoes from residential areas by spraying chemicals,The patient's relatives were taking preventive medicine. The effect of prevention was monitored.Results The morbidity was 0.30, 0.58 and 0.15/100000 in 1998?1999 and 2000. There were no second generation cases in the endemic areas. The preventive effect was striking. Conclusion The monitoring procedure in Kaiping had been significantly controlled the endemic of malaria.It was reiable , economical comparing with traditional method and should be promoted .
