硝基苯酚异构体极性与吸附力初探

摘    要:对硝基苯酚和硝基苯胺的异构体的极性及其在吸附薄层色谱法中,与固定相的吸附力,进行了24例吸附薄层色谱分析,结果表明,它们的迁移速度,除有2例特殊外,其余22例皆为:邻位最快,间位次之,对位最慢。说明其吸附力对位最强,间位次之,邻位最弱。利用“矢量加合原理”,对硝基苯酚异构体偶极矩计算得到:对位5.67D,间位5.10D,邻位3.71D。因此,其极性强弱顺序与上一致。至于其他种类的芳香族衍生物的情况

Abstract:The polarity and adsorption of isomeride of nitrobenzene and nitroaniline were studied and 24 cases of chromatographic identification were also studied.The results show:(1)their moving velocity of 22 cases are:the ortho-position is the first,the meta-position second,the third is para-position.(2)their adsorption are:the para-position is first,second is the meat-position and third is the ortho-position.(3)Their dipole movement were computed by using the principle of vector combination,They'are:the para-position is 5.67D,the meta-position is 5.10D and the ortho-position is 3.7iD Therefore,we conclude that the condition of other derivatives of aromatic compounds may be different,and should be considered respeCtively.
