| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨养阴药与活血药配伍对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)的保护作用。方法：采用血清药理学的方法制备药物血清，以大肠杆菌内毒素造成HUVEC的凋亡模型，观察药物血清保护HUVEC以抗凋亡的作用。结果：养阴药与活血药同用可促进HUVEC在损伤条件下的增殖，能明显降低细胞液中LDH及MDA含量、提高SOD水平，并且能显著降低HUVEC的凋亡率。结论：养阴药与活血药配伍对血管内皮细胞(EC)有明显的保护作用，这可能是该法治疗血栓性疾病的主要机理之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the defensive function of nourishing Yin drugs combined with promoting blood circulation drugs to HUVEC. Method:To make drug-containing serum with the method of seropharmacology, to reproduce the apoptic model of HUVEC, and observe anti-apoptosis effect of drug-containing serum by protecting HUVEC. Results:The cooperation of nourishing Yin drugs and promoting blood circulation drugs could promote the multiplication in the condition of damnification, lower content of LDH and MDA, and increase the content of SOD in cytoplasm, and obviously lower the apoptosis rate of HUVEC. Conclusion:The cooperation of nourishing Yin drugs and promoting blood circulation drugs has obvious defensive function, it may be one of the main mechanisms to treating thrombus disease by the principle. |
