老年人慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺结核42例临床分析

目的探讨老年人慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）合并肺结核的发病情况及诊断，以引起内科医生的重视，及时诊断和治疗COPD合并肺结核。方法对42例老年人COPD合并肺结核患者的临床表现、辅助检查等结果进行分析，并与同期住院不合并肺结核的42例COPD患者进行比较。结果老年人COPD合并肺结核患者的临床表现及各项辅助检查与单纯性COPD患者相比无明显特异性。结论临床上COPD合并肺结核患者并不少见，但由于该类患者临床表现不典型，导致漏诊、误诊较多。对此临床医生应给予高度重视。

A clinical analysis about 42 cases of COPD combined with Pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To Investigate the invasion of senile COPD combined with pulmonary tuberculosis to improve clinical diagnosis level. Methods The clinical manifestation of 42 cases of senile COPD complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis and the results of examination were analyzed and compared with 42 cases of COPD patients who entered the hospital at the same period. Results There was no significant specificity in clinical manifestation and accessory examination between COPD combined with pulmonary tubercuiosis patients and simple COPD patients. Conclusions Patients who got COPD combined with pulmonary tuberculosis were not few clinically, but their clinical manifestation was atypical so that missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis appeared much. More attentions section should be paid by doctors.
