深化整体护理的路径及效果分析

目的 进一步深化整体护理，提高护理质量。方法 我院于2000年10月起采取了一系列措施以提高护士的综合素质、规范和完善整体护理质量检查标准。于2002年6月对5个模式病房的基础护理质量、健康教育效果、病人满意度、护理病历书写质量进行了全方位的检查，并将其结果与2000年6月的检查结果进行了对比分析。结果 2002年健康教育效果、病人满意度及护理病历书写质量均较2000年明显提高；基础护理质量相差不显著(P＞0．05)。结论 强化以人为本的精神是深整体护理的动力；护士素质的提高是深整体护理的关键；整体护理质量检查标准是深整体护理的方向；科学、实用的护理病历是深整体护理的保障。

Analyzing of the Effect and Deepening Integrative Nursing Way

Objective To deepen integrative nursing, and raise nursing quality.Methods Since October 2002, We used a series of measures to raise comprehensive qualities of nurses, normalize and improve the quality of integrative nursing. Comprehensive inspects of based nursing quality, health education effects, patients satisfactory degree and medical record writing quality were done. The results were analyzed and compared with those of 2000 year.Results The health education effects, patients satisfactory degree and medical record writing quality raised obviously. The based nursing qualities were same.Conclusions Strengthening human being as the center is the motive force; Raising nurses quality is the key; The inspect standard of is the direction; Scientific and practical medical record as the guarantee of deepening integrative nursing.
