参与式方法在卫生管理学教学中的应用

摘    要:目前,卫生管理学教学中普遍存在的问题之一是教学方法单一,仍然采用“以教师为中心,以课堂和书本为中心”的单向“灌输式”的教学方法。学生处于被动地位,潜力和创造性得不到发挥。这种教学模式不能适应新世纪、特别是当前卫生改革和发展对卫生人才的需求。对此,我们在卫生管理学教学中引入了国外卫生管理学教学中互动式、参与式教学方法。本文对接受参与式教学方法的189名学生进行了问卷调查,对参与式教学方法的效果以及存在的问题和改进的措施进行了深入的分析,这对进一步探讨和改进卫生管理学教学方法具有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:Using "teacher centred" and "duck feeding" teaching method in delivering health service management training program is still a critical problem in China.Under this traditional model,participants passively receive what teachers tell them rather than having critical and creative thinking,as well as lack of reflex from their learning experience with relate to their managerial practice.A study of introducing interactive and participative teaching strategies was undertaken at the School of Public Health,Huaxi Campus of Sichuan University.This preliminary study,which involved a questionnaire survey to 189 participants in a health service management training program,highlighted the changes and effectiveness of which the new strategies resulted in, and analysed and discussed the issues that need to be concerned and the strategies for improving the new initiative in the future.
