| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院门、急诊抗感染药物的用药趋势及用药现状.方法:对我院门、急诊2001年～2002年抗感染药物的使用数量及金额进行统计,分析用药趋势.同时查阅我院2003年11月3日～11月9日的处方,通过不同年龄段、不同科室对抗感染药物的使用情况,分析我院抗感染药物的使用现状.结果:我院门、急诊抗感染药物在用药方面较为合理,无擅自开大处方现象,基本无滥用抗生素现象,符合国际用药趋势.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze tendency and status quo of anti-infective medicine in dispensary for outpatients of PLA general hospital.Methods:First,the quantity and cost of anti-infective medicine from 2001 to 2002 were statistically analyzed in order to evaluate the drug application tendency.Second,consult recipes from November 3 to November 9 in 2003,according to the expend circumstance in different age and department,analyze the medication status quo of anti-infective medicine in PLA general hospital.Results:It is reasonable in anti-infective medication in dispensary for outpatients of general hospital of PLA,and no excess recipes phenomenon happened.No antibiotics abuse phenomenon happened basically,consistent with international medication tendency. |
