| 摘 要： | 本研究采用伤寒菌苗对14只动粥兔进行免疫,从血清胆固醇水平、动粥斑块面积和血小板聚集能力三方面与7只动粥兔作比较,证明免疫兔的动粥病变明显减轻。但是,其减轻的机理尚待进一步探明。

| Abstract: | Sixteen rabbits with immuno-atherosclerosis and eight rabbits with atherosclerosis performed in present investigation. These results from serum cholesterol level, atherosclerotic plaques and platelet aggregability are obtained and indicate that atherosclerotic lesions of the immuno-rabbits o compare with atherosclerotic rabbits are decreased apparently, but, the tmechanism of decline of atherosclerotic plaques should be explored. |
