前列腺支架治疗失败原因分析

目的 探讨前列腺支架治疗前列腺增生症的失败原因。方法 总结5年来198例高危前列腺增生症支架治疗疗效进行分析。结果 术后出现尿潴留20例，6例经药物治疗能恢复排尿，6例因支架脱落再次放置支架后恢复排尿，6例作前列腺摘除术，2例作膀胱造瘘术。结论 前列腺支架对前列腺增生症是一种有效的治疗方法，特别适用于高龄、有严重合并症不能耐受手术的高位病人。但由于各种因素的影响，它似仍有一定的失败率。

The causes of unsuccessful prostate stent therapy

Objective To investigate the cause of unsuccessful prostate stent therapy for benign prostatehyperplasia (BPH) disease. Methods 198 cases of high-risk BPH patients with urinary retention who underwentprostate stent therapy in a 5-years period were reviewed. Results There were 20 cases of postoperative urinaryretention, among which 6 patients recovered after drug therapy, 6 cases of falling off stent recovered after a secondstent therapy, 6 patients underwent prostatectomy and 2 patients underwent cycstostomy. Conclusion Theprostate stent therapy can be effective for BPH patients, especially for those with high risk such as old age andsystemic complications, for whom operation are unbearable. However, the prostate stent therapy still has a certain rateof failure due to numerous reasons.
