昂丹司琼预防腹部手术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

目的探讨昂丹司琼预防患者行腹部手术后恶心和呕吐的临床效果。方法120例行腹部手术的患者随机分为观察组60例和对照组60例。观察组蛤予昂丹司琼．对照组给予地塞米松,观察心率、血压等变化．记录8h和24h发生恶心呕吐的次数和程度。结果术后24h观察组患者恶心呕吐发生率显著低于对照组．差异存在统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论昂丹司琼可以有效预防腹部手术恶心呕吐的发生,安全性高。值得临床应用推广。

The clinical observation on ondansetron hydrochloride in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting following abdominal operation

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect ondansetron hydrochloride in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting following abdominal operation, METHODS 120 cases patients with abdominal operation were randomly divided into intervention group （60 eases） and control group （60 cases）, the intervention group was treated with ondansetron hydrochioride, the control group was treated with dexamethasone. The heart rate and pulse were observed, the incidences and grade of postoperative nausea and vomiting were recorded at 24h postoperatively. RESULTS The incidence and grade of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the intervention group were lower that in the control group, there was significant differences （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION On-dansetron hydrochloride can prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting following abdominal operation, high effectire rate,safely and minor side reaction, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
