| 摘 要： | 骨是癌症远处转移的好发部位，骨转移也是晚期恶性肿瘤常见的并发症。恶性肿瘤细胞在骨组织形成骨转移时，发生骨的破坏，主要临床表现为顽固性疼痛、病理性骨折、截瘫、最后导致病人生活质量的严重下降。西医主要采用手术、放化疗、内照射治疗、骨吸收抑制剂、内分泌等治疗；中医则采用辨证论治为主的综合治疗方法，同时综合各学科的优势，对骨转移实施中西医结合治疗的原则也取得了较大的进展。

| Abstract: | Bone is the predilection site of the distant tumor metastases.Also,bone metastasis is the frequent complication of advanced malignant tumors,which destroys bone structure.Its main clinical manifestations include intractable pain,pathologic fracture,and paraplegina,and may deteriorate the patient's quality of life.Western medicine mainly uses surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,internal- radiation therapy,bone resorption suppressants,and endocrine therapies to treat bone metastases,while the traditional Chinese medicine applys comprehensive therapy that based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.The integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine also advanced rapidly in recent years. |
