厦门莲花医院剖宫产手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

目的：了解我院剖宫产手术围术期预防性应用抗茵药物情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：以随机抽样法抽取2012年1—10月我院剖宫产手术患者出院病历共200份，对抗茵药物的选择、给药时间、联合用药情况、用药疗程的合理性进行评价。结果：我院剖宫产手术围术期预防性使用率最高的抗菌药物为头孢唑林；单一用药者197例，占98．5％；给药时间均为术中断脐后；用药疗程为48h者128例，占64％。结论：我院剖宫产手术围术期预防性用药存在不合理使用情况，需要改进。

Analysis of Perioperative Use of Prophylactic Antibiotics for Patients Undergoing Cesarean Section in Xiamen Lianhua Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics for patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital for reference of clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS ： A total of 200 medical records of discharged patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital during Jan.-Oct. period of 2012 were randomly collected for evaluation of the rationality regarding the rationality in drug choice, administration time, drug combination and course of treatment of antibiotics. RESULTS： Cefazolin was most frequently used periopcratively among all the prophylactic antibiotics for patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital. 197 cases （ 98.5% ） received single drug. The drugs were all administered intraoperatively after clipping of umbilicus. 128 （ 64% ） used antibiotics for 48 hours. CONCLUSION：The perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics for patients undergoing cesarean section in our hospital was irrational to some degree which thus remains to be improved.
