妊娠期合并呼吸道感染住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的：了解某院妊娠期合并呼吸道感染住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：以随机抽样法抽取2011年10月—2012年9月某院妊娠期合并呼吸道感染的住院患者病历150份,对其抗菌药物使用情况进行统计、分析。结果：整个妊娠期均可发生呼吸道感染,且多为上呼吸道感染;150例患者抗菌药物使用率为72.67%;使用的抗菌药物涉及5大类11个品种;以单一用药为主,多为静脉给药;用药频度（DDDs）最大的是头孢他定;抗菌药物病原微生物送检率为60.55%。结论：150例妊娠期合并呼吸道感染住院患者的抗菌药物使用存在一些不合理情况,仍需进一步改善。

Analysis of Antibiotic Use in The Inpatients with Respiratory Tract Infections During Pregnancy

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the antibiotic use in the inpatients with respiratory pregnancy for clinical reference of rational use of drugs. METHODS： 150 medical records respiratory tract infections during pregnancy treated between Oct. 2011 and Sept. 2012 were statistical analysis regarding the antibiotic use. RESULTS： Respiratory tract infections occurred with upper respiratory tract infection showing the highest proportion. Of the total 150 cases, 72 tract infections during of the inpatients with sampled randomly for throughout pregnancy, 67% of whom received antibiotics which totaled 5 major categories in 11 kinds administered singly via intravenous route in most cases. Ceftazidime took the lead in terms of DDDs. Pathogen test was performed in 60. 55%. CONCLUSION： Irrationality was noted in antibiotic use in these 150 patients with respiratory tract infection during pregnancy thus the antibiotic use remained to be improved.
