葛洲坝中心医院注射用血凝酶临床应用分析

目的：了解我院注射用血凝酶的使用现状，以指导临床合理应用血凝酶，并为临床应用提供新思路。方法：对2011年6月-2012年5月我院出院患者注射用血凝酶的用量、用药频度（DDDs）、科室分布等进行回顾性分析，并统计注射用血凝酶的临床用药目的与给药途径。结果：2011年6月q012年5月我院注射用血凝酶DDDs较高的科室为肿瘤科、感染性疾病科和腹部外科，主要用于消化道出血、呼吸道出血、肿瘤引起的出血及外科预防术后出血。抽取使用注射用血凝酶的103例患者中，有53例患者（占51．5％）为预防性用药，50例患者（占48．5％）为治疗性用药；给药途径以静脉滴注及肌内注射为主，局部应用较少。结论：我院注射用血凝酶的临床应用规范，但在应用范围、给药方式方面还有待进一步提高。

Analysis of Clinical Application of Hemocoagulase Atrox for Injection in Gezhouba Central Hospital

OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the status quo of the application of hemocoagulase atrox for injection in our hospital so as to guide clinical rational use of hemocoagulase and to provide new ideas for clinical application of this medicine. METHODS ： Between June 2011 and May 2012, the consumption quantity, DDDs and department distribution of hemocoagulase atrox for injection in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively ; meanwhile, the purpose of clinical drug application and the route of administration of hemocoagulase atrox for injection were analyzed statistically. RESULTS：Between June 2011 and May 2012,in our hospital,hemocoagulase atrox for injection was more high in DDDs in the departments of oncology,infectious diseases and abdominal surgery, and which were used mostly for treatment of alimentary tract hemorrhage, respiratory tract hemorrhage, tumor-induced hemorrhage and prevention of postoperative bleeding in surgical patients. Of the 103 cases,53 （51.5%）used drug for prophylactic purpose and 50 （48.5%）for therapeutic purpose. The drugs were administered mainly through intravenous drip infusion or intramuscular injection and rarely by local application. CONCLUSION：The clinical application of hemocoagulase atrox for injection in our hospital was standard, however,its range of application and mode of administration remain to be improved further.
