热毒宁注射液在慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中的应用

目的：探讨热毒宁注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的疗效。方法：将2010年9月—2012年1月住院治疗的COPD患者106例以随机抽样法分为观察组（n=53）与对照组（n=53）,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用热毒宁注射液,治疗7 d后观察比较2组患者临床疗效、血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平变化及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率为92.45%,对照组总有效率为75.47%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组患者治疗后血清CRP、TNF-α水平均比治疗前明显改善;但观察组患者治疗后血清CRP、TNF-α水平明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组患者均未出现肝肾功能、血尿常规异常等明显不良反应。结论：热毒宁注射液治疗COPD疗效确切、不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of Reduning Injection for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy of Reduning injection for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. METHODS：A total of 106 COPD cases treated from Sep. 2010 to Jan. 2012 were randomized to either observation group or control group of 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy alone while the observation group was treated with the conventional therapy plus Reduning injection. The clinical efficacy, serum levels of C reaction protein （CRP） and TNF-o~ and adverse reactions were compared between two groups after treatment for 7 days. RESULTS：There were statistically significant differences between the observation group and the control group with regard to total effective rate （92.45% vs. 75.47%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, serum levels of CRP and TNF-~x in both groups were significantly improved as compared with before treatment, with observation group showing better improvement than in the control group, showing statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reactions such as abnormality in hepatorenal function or abnormality in blood routine or urine routine were not noted in both groups. CONCLUSION：Reduning injection has proved efficacy yet mild adverse reaction in patients with COPD, which is thus worthy of clinical popularization.
