复方苦参注射液治疗肺癌化疗后癌因性疲乏的疗效观察

目的：观察复方苦参注射液用于治疗肺癌化疗后癌因性疲乏的临床疗效。方法：将106例非小细胞肺癌化疗后出现癌因性疲乏的患者以随机抽样法分为2组,其中治疗组52例（复方苦参注射液配合对症治疗）,对照组54例（对症治疗）。观察2组患者近期疗效和不良反应,评价疲乏状况（brief fatigue inventory,BFI）评分及生活质量（Karaufsky）评分。结果：治疗组患者消化道反应、骨髓抑制等不良反应发生率低于对照组;治疗组患者BFI评分有效率及Karaufsky评分提高率明显高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方苦参注射液可以改善肺癌患者化疗后的生活质量,减轻癌因性疲乏。

Efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection for Cancer-related Fatigue in Patients with Lung Cancer following Chemotherapy

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound Kushen injection for cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer after undergoing chemotherapy. METHODS： A total of 106 patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） presenting cancer-related fatigue after chemotherapy were randomly assigned to either treatment group （compound Kushen injection plus symptomatic treatment, n = 52 ）or control group （symptomatic treatment alone, n = 54）. The short-term efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were followed and the Brief Fatigue Inventory （BFI） score and Karnofsky score were evaluated. RESULTS ： The incidence rates of gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow suppression in the treatment group were lower than in the control group. BFI score and Karnofsky score in the treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group, showing significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Treatment of cancer-related fatigue in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy using compound Kushen injection resulted in improvement of patients＇ quality of life and alleviation of cancer-related fatigue.
