摘    要:目的:优选健脾颗粒中橙皮苷的提取工艺。方法:以处方中的主要药效成分橙皮苷含量为观察指标,采用正交设计法筛选最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取方法为回流1.0 h、加95%甲醇50 ml。结论:优选的提取方法为健脾颗粒中橙皮苷含量测定提供可靠方案,保证产品质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of hesperidin in Jianpi granules (granules for strengthening spleen). METHODS: The extraction technology of hesperidin in Jianpi granulea was optimized using orthogonal design with the main active component hesperidin as observation index. RESULTS: The optimal extracting technology for hesperidin were as follows: 95% methanol (50 ml) were added for refluxing of 1 hour. CONCLUSION: The optimized extraction technology serves as a reliable scheme for determination of the content of hesperidin in Jianpi granules and thus ensuring the quality of Jianpi granules.
