药品不良反应监测分析及医院合理用药对策

目的：通过开展药品不良反应（ADR）的监测工作,总结经验,促进医院合理用药水平。方法：采用回顾性分析方法,对2009—2012年我院1 038例ADR监测结果进行分析。结果：大部分监测显示用药合理,只有少数存在不合理用药,通过查找原因、采取处理措施,减少了不良反应发生,从而提高医院整体合理用药水平。结论：开展ADR监测工作是医疗机构的重要任务,加强ADR监测是患者用药安全的保障。根据医院的自身情况和ADR监测工作不同阶段的特点,采取相应的管理方法和促进措施,能很好地促进ADR监测工作开展与进步。

Analysis on Monitoring of Adverse Drug Reaction and Strategies for Rational Use of Drugs in Hospital

OBJECTIVE ：To summary the experience of carrying out monitoring on adverse drug reactions（ADRs） in our hospital so as to promote clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS： A retrospective study was performed in which 1 038 ADRs cases collected from 2009 to 2012 in our hospital were analyzed. RESULTS： Most of the ADRs monitoring results showed rational use of drugs. By probing into the reasons for the non-rational use of drugs in a few cases and taking management measures, the incidence of adverse drug reactions was reduced and the overall rational level in the use of drugs was enhanced. CONCLUSION： Carrying out ADR monitoring work is an important task for medical institutions, and the strengthening of ADR monitoring can ensure safe drug use among patients. By taking corresponding management method and promotion measures based on hospital＇s own condition and the characteristics of ADR monitoring at different stages can greatly facilitate the implementation and progress of ADR monitoring.
