| 摘 要： | 目的：分析支气管扩张合并咯血症的内科止血治疗方法,探讨垂体后叶素和普鲁卡因在支气管扩张合并咯血症的应用及监护要点。方法：针对1例支气管扩张合并咯血症患者,结合患者的具体情况分析垂体后叶素以及普鲁卡因在支气管扩张咯血中的应用,在治疗过程中提供药学服务。结果：患者在使用垂体后叶素疗效欠佳时换用普鲁卡因,咯血得到控制。结论：止血药的合理使用是保障内科治疗咯血症有效的重要因素,临床药师应加强对治疗药物的药学监护。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To analyze the hemostatic treatment for patient with bronchiectasis associated with haemoptysis and discuss the application of pituitrin and procaine and the key points in the pharmaceutical care for patient with bronchiectasis associated with haemoptysis. METHODS： One patient with bronchiectasis associated with haemoptysis treated with pituitrin and procaine were provided with pharmaceutical care during treatment. RESULTS： Hemoptysis in this patient was kept under control when procaine was administered after treatment failure with pituitrin. CONCLUSION： The rational use of hemostatic drugs is an important factor to guarantee efficient haemoptysis medical treatment; clinical pharmacists should strengthen pharmaceutical care on therapeutic drugs. |
