综合干预前后围术期预防性应用抗菌药物分析

目的：了解贵阳医学院附属白云医院实施综合干预措施前后围术期抗菌药物的应用情况。方法：将2011年7-12月（干预前）的110份病历设为对照组，2012年1-6月（干预后）的110份病历设为干预组，对2组患者围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的情况进行对比分析。结果：预防性应用抗菌药物品种选择的不合理率从干预前的15．45％下降至干预后的5．45％，预防性给药时间不合理率从干预前的39．09％下降至干预后的11．82％，预防性用药时间合理率（≤24h）从干预前的13．64％上升至干预后的21．82％。结论：采取综合干预措施干预围术期预防性应用抗菌药物，可促进抗菌药物的合理应用。

Analysis of Perioperative Use of Prophylactic Antibiotics before and after Comprehensive Intervention

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the perioperative use of antibiotics before and after implementation of comprehensive intervention measures in Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guiyang Medical College. METHODS： 110 medical records during July-Dec. period of 2011 （before intervention） were established s control group, and another 110 medical records during Jan.-Jun. period of 2012 （after intervention） were established as intervention group. The perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in the two groups was analyzed contrastively. RESULTS ： After intervention as compared with before intervention, the rate of non-rational choice of prophylactic antibiotics decreased from 15.45% to 5.45% ; the rate of non-rational administration time of the prophylactic antibiotics decreased from 39. 09% to 11.82% , and the rate of rational duration of prophylactic use of antibiotics （ ≤24 h） increased from 13.64% to 21.82%. CONCLUSION： Taking comprehensive intervention measures on perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics could promote rational use of antibiotics.
