2009-2011年复旦大学附属金山医院抗消化性溃疡药应用分析

目的：了解我院抗消化性溃疡药的产品结构和使用情况，为临床用药提供参考。方法：采用用药频度（DDDs）排序、销售金额排序与排序比（B／A）对2009-2011年我院抗消化性溃疡药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果：3年中DDDs排序和销售金额排序前10位的药品变化不大，新药的出现，体现了此类药物的创新、发展。结论：我院抗消化性溃疡药的临床应用较为合理，传统的抗消化性溃疡药在临床仍发挥了重要作用，随着医学的发展和患者对生存质量的要求不断提高，同时开发长效、高效、不良反应少的抗消化性溃疡药也势在必行。

Analysis of Utilization of Drugs Against Peptic Ulcer Diseases in The Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University During 2009-2011

OBJECTIVE：To understand product structure and use condition of drugs against peptic ulcer diseases, and carry on the evaluation of clinical application in our hospital. METHODS ： The utilization of drugs was investigated in respect of the ordering in DDDs, consumption sum, B/A. RESULTS ：The top 10 according to the order of DDDs and consumption sum had no significant differences only with few individual product was predominant, reflecting innovation and development of this kind drug. CONCLUSION：The clinical application of drugs against peptic ulcer diseases was rational in our hospital. The traditional drugs against peptic ulcer diseases play an important role in the clinical work, but with development of medical science and the improvement of life quality of patients, it is imperative to develop long- lasting and more effective drugs against peptic ulcer diseases with minimal adverse effects.
