常用中药饮片中二氧化硫残留量的测定

目的：测定10种每种8个批次共80个批次常用中药饮片中二氧化硫残留量,其中有8个品种为药典委员会拟定公示的重点监测品种,二氧化硫残留限度为400 mg/kg。方法：采用《中华人民共和国药典》（2010年版）收载的酸蒸馏碘滴定法。结果：8种共18个批次中药饮片中均有二氧化硫残留量超出公示拟定的限量,其中党参和当归的二氧化硫残留量不合格率超过50%。结论：中药饮片中二氧化硫残留量过高现象普遍,应在加大监管力度的同时,寻找去硫方法,探索更安全的防霉防腐新方法。

Determination of Sulfur Dioxide Residue in Commonly Used Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces

OBJECTIVE ： To determine the residual volume of sulfur dioxide in 10 kinds （ 80 batches） of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） decoction pieces （ of which, 8 kinds were emphasized by the committee of pharmacopeia as the drugs under intensive monitoring by which the sulfur dioxide residue should be kept within the limit of 400 mg/kg. METHODS： The acid distilling iodine titration method recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 version） was applied for determination of sulfur dioxide residue. RESULTS： The sulfur dioxide residue in 8 kinds （18 batches） of TCM decoction pieces went beyond the limit of sulfur dioxide residue, of which, codonopsis pilosula and angelica sinensis had fraction defective of greater than 50% in terms of sulfur dioxide residue. CONCLUSION： It is commonly encountered that sulfur dioxide residue in TCM decoction pieces was excessively high, on which supervision should be intensified meanwhile searching methods of desulphurizing and exploring safer antiseptic and anti-mildew approaches.
