| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨瘦素受体基因519位点变异与肥胖的关系。方法：选择无亲缘关系的东北地区汉族人100例，运用PCR-SSCP技术检测瘦素受体基因519位点的变异。结果：100例瘦素受体基因519位点均未发现变异。结论：瘦素受体基因519位点变异不是中国东北地区汉族人肥胖症的遗传因素，此位点多态性有明显的种族差异和地域异质性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the possible relationship between variant of point 519 in leptin receptor(LEPR) gene and obesity.Methods:The variant of point 519 in LEPR gene was determined by PCR-SSCP method in 100 Northeasten Chinese of Han Nationality.Results:There was no abnormal change in 100 cases during detection.Conclusions:Point 519 in LEPR gene should not be an heredity factor of obesity in Northeasten Chinese of Han Nationality, and there could be genetic heterogeneity in this gene polymorphism. |
