汕头地区36株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药情况分析

摘    要:目的:了解耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA,36株)的耐药情况。方法:用聚合酶链反应扩增MRSA携带的mecA基因,并结合PBP2′胶乳凝集试验对临床分离的MRSA进行鉴定。微量肉汤稀释法测定16种抗菌药物对MRSA的最低抑菌浓度。结果:36株MRSA对β-内酰胺类抗生素,庆大霉素及氟喹诺酮类抗生素的耐药率均在80.0%以上,而对利福平的耐药率则较低(41.7%)。MRSA对半合成的四环素耐药率较低,对多西环素和米诺环素的耐药率分别为5.6%和0.0%,未检出万古霉素耐药的金黄色葡萄球菌。结论:汕头地区分离的MRSA耐药情况严重。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of 36 strains of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).Methods:PBP2′ latex agglutination test was performed and mecA gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction to determine the isolated MRSA.Minimum inhibitory concentrations of 16 antimicrobial agents against MRSA were determined by microbroth dilution method.Results:More than 80.0% of MRSA were resistant to β-lactams,gentamycin and fluoroquinolones.There was a lower rate of resistance to rifampicin(41.7%).Semisynthetic tetracyclines,such as doxycycline and minocycline still remained their high activity against MRSA.Vancomycin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was not detected among the tested MRSA strains.Conclusion:The drug resistance of the isolated MRSA in Shantou is serious.
