| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞介素22（IL-22）在湿疹发病机制中的作用。方法急性和慢性湿疹患者各20例,正常对照组10例,采用链霉素抗生物素-过氧化物酶连接（SP）法,检测IL-22在表皮及真皮细胞胞质中的表达。结果 IL-22在正常皮肤组织、急性、慢性湿疹表皮角质形成细胞及真皮浸润淋巴细胞胞质中均有不同程度的表达,IL-22在慢性湿疹中的表达明显高于正常皮肤组织及急性湿疹（P〈0.05）。结论 IL-22可能在湿疹的慢性阶段发病中发挥一定的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role Interleukin-22（ IL-22） plays in the pathogenesis of eczema.Methods This study was carried out on 20 cases in each acute and chronic eczema group,10 cases in normal skin group. IL-22 of cytoplasm in the epidermal and dermal cell was detected with streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase（ SP） method. Results IL-22 was detected in the cell of healthy control skin. Acute and chronic eczema skin lesions indicated different expression levels of IL-22 in the epidermal keratinocytes and dermal infiltrating lymphocytes. The expression of IL-22 is more marked in the chronic than acute in the eczema（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion IL-22 may play a role in the the chronic stage of eczema. |
