平阳霉素局部注射治疗多发性跖疣45例临床观察

目的评价平阳霉素局部注射治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法将入选的120例多发性跖疣患者随机分为A组（45例）、B组（35例）和C组（40例）。A组予平阳霉素注射治疗,B组予超脉冲CO2激光治疗,C组予液氮冷冻治疗,均为每4周1次,共治疗1-2次。结果治疗8周后,A组有效率为93.33%,B组为74.29%,C组为70.00%,A组显著优于B组和C组,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。结论平阳霉素局部注射治疗多发性跖疣的疗效好,不良反应小,而且复发率低。

Clinical Observation on Local Injection of Bleomycin of Treatment of 45 Multiple Plantar Wart

Objective To observe the curative effect of bleomycin local injection treatment of multiple plantar wart. Methods The selected 120 cases of multiple plantar warts were randomly divided into group A （45 cases）, group B （35 patients） and group C （40 cases）. A group to Bleomycin injection treatment, group B to the super-pulsed CO21aser treatment, the treatment group C to liquid nitrogen freezing, are once every four weeks of treatment 1 to 2 times. Resuits After 8 weeks, A group was 93.33%, 74. 29% in group B, and group C, the effective rate of 70. 00%. A group was significantly better than in group B and group C, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Bleomycin local injection in the treatment of multiple plantar wart, good curative effect, less pain, less adverse reaction, recurrence rate is low.
