宫腔纱条填塞在剖宫产出血中的应用研究

目的探讨宫腔纱条填塞预防和减少产后出血的临床疗效。方法对2008年1月至2009年10月住院分娩产妇中因剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力、止血困难者,术中采用宫腔填塞纱布条止血12例进行分析。结果宫腔填塞术的实施使产后出血率降低至4.2%。无一例切除子宫。结论宫腔填塞在预防产后出血中有重要的临床意义。

Uterine Bleeding in Cesarean Section Gauze Applied Research

Objective To evaluate the uterine gauze to prevent and reduce the clinical efficacy of post-partum haemorrhage.Methods January 2008 to October 2009 in the hospital delivery of maternal uterine contraction during cesarean section due to fatigue,bleeding problems who use intrauterine surgery gauze packing to stop bleeding 12 cases for analysis.Results The implementation of uterine packing technique so that the rate of postpartum hemorrhage down to 4.2%.None of the hysterectomy.Conclusion Uterine packing in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage has important clinical significance.
