摘    要:观察加味炙甘草汤注射液对窦房结功能损伤兔电生理的影响,探讨加味炙甘草汤注射液治疗病态窦房结综合征的临床疗效和机制。方法:应用经静脉和经食管心房调搏方法观察加味炙甘草汤注射液的窦房结电生理作用。结果:应用加味炙甘草汤注射液后,SND兔的窦房结恢复时间(SNRT)、校正SNRT(SNRTc)较对照组明显缩短,心脏固有心率(IHRo)明显上升,总窦房传导时间(TSACT)无改变。临床电生理结果与动物实验

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the electrophysiological andclinical effects of honeyed glycyrrhiza compound decoction (HGCD) injection on sick sinussyndrome (SSS),and to explore their effect mechanism.MethodsObserving theelectrophysiological changes of HGCD injection on SSS used intravenous and transesophagealatrial pacing.ResultsAfter intravenous HGCD injection on rabbits with experimental sinusnode damage (SND),sinus node recovery time (SNRT) and corrected SNRT(SNRTc) shortened andintrinsic heart rate (IHRo) increased significantly in treatment group compared with thosein control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Total sinoatrial conduction time (TSACT) was notdifference between the two groups.Clinical electrophysiological changes was the same asthose in animal study.After administration of HGCD injection,three parameters (SNRT,SNRTcand IHRo) were recovered into normal in 3 cases,two parameters(SNRT and SNRTc) wererecovered in 1 case,and one parameter(SNRTc) was recovered in 1 cases.The effective rateof HGCD injection in treatment of SSS was 38.5(5/13).Therewas no significance of atrial effective refractory period (AERP) and atrial ventriculareffective refractory period(AVERP) before and after treatment,and atrioventricularWenckebachs block cycle length(AWBCL) significantlydecreased after treatment(P<0.05).ConclusionsHGCD injection may improve sinus nodeautomaticity in SND rabbits.HGCD is effective in treatment of SSS.Accelerating recovery ofsinus node automaticity is the electrophysiological mechanism that HGCD injection treatSSS.
