核医学显像在急诊医学中的应用

目的:探讨核素显像在急诊显像中的应用价值。方法:105例急诊核素显像分为4组,A组78例行急诊心肌显像;B组5例行急诊脑显像;C组15例行急诊胃肠道出血显像;D组7例行急诊大血管显像。结果:78例急诊心肌显像中,阳性74例;阴性4例;5例急诊脑显像全部阳性;15例胃肠道出血显像中6例阳性,9例阴性;7例大血管显像全部阳性。结论:核素显像在急诊医学中能发挥重要作用。

The Value of Nuclear Medicine Imaging to the Department of Emergency

Purpose: This study is to evaluate the clinical value of NM urgent imaging to the department of emergency. Methods: A hundred and five patients(pts) can be divided into 4 main groups. Group(G) A consisted of 78 pts admitted with chest pain and had myocardial perfusion imaging with Tc99m - MIBI(925 MBq) . GB was 5 pts with signs and symptoms of cerebral vascular accident, but negative CT. Brain SPECT was performed with Tc99m - ECD(925 - 1110MBq). GC was 15 pts with gastrointestinal bleeding(GIB) from unknown site. The GIB imaging was performed with in - vivo labeled Tc99m - RBC(925 - 1110 MBq) . 7 pts with acute peripheral vascular occlusive diseases were included in GD. Arterial imaging was performed with Tc99m - RBC (925 - 1110 MBq) and venous imaging with Tc99m - MAA( 111 - 185 MBq) . Results: There were 74 positive imaging and 4 negative imaging in GA. All of brain imaging was positive in GB. There were 6 positive and 9 negative imaging in GC. Every pt had a positive result in GD. Conclusion: The above study demonstrates that nuclear medicine procedures can play an important role in the management of some of the pts that come to the emergency room.
